Key Responsibilities

Performance and Quality:
- Work alongside landscaping crew to ensure completion of projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standard.
- Conduct day-to-day landscaping operations and ensuring customer expectations are met.
- Perform tasks assigned to crew members.
- Seek coaching and learning opportunities, assist in the development and training of fellow crew members over time, and submit accurate time logs.
- Ensure regular maintenance and proper storage of equipment to optimize lifespan and performance.

Client Satisfaction:
- Maintain professional and proactive communication with clients regarding project status, alterations, and approvals.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns swiftly.

Safety:
- Maintain safety protocols and guidelines among the crew to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Safe operation of electric equipment and lawn care safety practices.

Sustainability:
- Champion eco-friendly landscaping approaches and educate clients and fellow team members on sustainable solutions offered by the company.
