2. Fulfillment Policies
Refund Policy
- Recruiting Services: Refunds are available only if specified in your service agreement. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the signed contract.
- Web and Application Development: All payments for website and application development services are non-refundable. Clients are encouraged to review project milestones and provide feedback at each stage to ensure satisfaction.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
- Recruiting Services: Delivery timelines for candidate profiles, assessments, or other deliverables are specified in the service agreement.
- Web and Application Development: Deliverables will be provided digitally via secure file transfer, email, or an agreed-upon platform. Delivery timelines are outlined in the project agreement and vary depending on project complexity.
Return Policy and Process
Given the nature of our services, returns are not applicable. However, we are committed to addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Please contact us to discuss resolution options if you are dissatisfied with our services.
Cancellation Policy
- Recruiting Services: You may cancel services by notifying us in writing. Cancellation terms, including fees, will be as outlined in your service agreement.
- Web and Application Development: Project cancellations must be communicated in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed as specified in the project agreement.
