As a Landscape Crew Leader at Sust, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing landscaping projects, managing the crew, and ensuring projects are completed with a high standard of excellence.
We’re seeking a seasoned leader with comprehensive knowledge of landscaping, experience using electric equipment, and an interest in sustainability.

Sust is a pioneering landscaping firm specializing in eco-friendly and sustainable practices with high-performance, all-electric equipment. We are dedicated to maintaining green and serene outdoor environments while minimizing our carbon footprint.
Performance and Quality:
- Direct and work alongside the crew to ensure completion of projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, maintaining schedules, and ensuring customer expectations are met.
- Assign tasks to crew members based on their skills and project requirements, ensuring optimal productivity.
- Provide coaching to crew members, assist in the development of crew members, and submit accurate crew time logs.
Client Satisfaction:
- Maintain professional and proactive communication with clients regarding project status, alterations, and approvals.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns swiftly.
Safety:
- Enforce safety protocols and guidelines among the crew to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Provide training to the crew members on the safe operation of electric equipment and lawn care safety practices.
Sustainability:
- Champion eco-friendly landscaping approaches and educate clients and team members on sustainable solutions offered by the company.
- Preferred minimum of 3-5 years experience in lawn service.
- Valid driver’s license w/ clean record (2 points or less).
- English proficiency.
- Schedule: 7am-5pm, Mon-Thurs (4 Day work week)
