We are seeking an Office Manager to join our growing team at Quality Solar. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading management operations and leadership of our sales team.
This individual will work closely with the CEO to drive operational efficiency, financial success, and continued organizational growth.

Operational Leadership:
- Lead and optimize day-to-day operations. Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and productivity across all areas.
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Assist in identifying market trends and opportunities, conduct market research, and keep abreast of emerging technologies in the solar industry.
- Identify and monitor local and state-wide policies and initiatives that have an impact on the solar field.
Sales Team Oversight:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team.
- Collaborate with CEO to set Sales targets, develop sales strategies, and monitor performance.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between sales, customers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Financial Oversight:
- Manage and contribute to the company's financial strategy and planning.
Executive Support:
- Act as a key advisor to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations.
- Participate in executive meetings, contributing to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely on HR activities to support talent acquisition, employee development, and retention efforts.
- Highly motivated, self-starter.
- Digital proficiency across software and computer applications.
- Proven experience in a senior level operations role.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in financial reporting.
- Previous experience driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (preferred).
- Paid training when required.
